I would not recommend Addus under any circumstances. From the care coordinators to the caregivers, my experience was nothing but problems. Starting with the care coordinators—Bridget, in particular, consistently sounded annoyed anytime I spoke with her. Her tone made it feel like simply asking for help was an inconvenience. Communication overall was extremely poor, especially between the office and the caregivers. As for the caregivers themselves, it was a revolving door of unacceptable behavior. Worst company for care. Care provider just sit and play on phone. Place needs to be shut down. Current care giver calls off company never sends replacement. Poor customer service.
Never answer office phones or return calls
A home aid came out to sit with and assist my dad for about two weeks then abruptly the home aid was pulled and had to go and service his previous client all because this previous client requested him. This company never informed my dad and I and he was without his home aid without a replacement. What makes this client needs greater than my dad. No one called and explained what happened. We had to get another home health care company. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO HELP MY DOG
