Never answer office phones or return calls
A home aid came out to sit with and assist my dad for about two weeks then abruptly the home aid was pulled and had to go and service his previous client all because this previous client requested him. This company never informed my dad and I and he was without his home aid without a replacement. What makes this client needs greater than my dad. No one called and explained what happened. We had to get another home health care company. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO HELP MY DOG
I would have given minus one star but would have been unable to write a review. I chose this agency for respite care for my father who is coming home on the 26th. He is currently unable to take more than three steps. The agency took the case even though they knew that they had no staff to cover the three days of respite he was approved for.
