My new supervisor, Alicia, was very rude to me as she seemed like she didn’t care that I was looking for a new client that fits my needs as someone who was diagnosed with a herniated disc and for someone who current client passed away. They have you on hold for hours before speaking with a team member! this is absurd. When you are trusting them to provide your loved one with their best possible employee, it's wrecking to call and make reports when having to hold for over an hour, and then when leaving a message, they don't return calls until 2-3 days later. After waiting 2-3 days later and it's the wrong department. Instead of assisting you, they pass you on to a waiting queue to wait even longer!!!

They never let you know when you have a new supervisor and don't keep good records of training.
The staff is attentive. The first interview process is long. Parking is limited but available. The main office smelled like mold & sewer water.
