As a long term employee I can say this company sucks. Their methods of management have declined with the increase in technology. It used to be that the Service Coordinatiors KNEW their clients and employees. Now everyone is just there for the paycheck in the office and upper management. Most of the Home Care Aides still really care about their clients, and some go the extra mile.
