After working as a caregiver (still am at this point) for this company I gotta say, the people in the office are some of the most kind and caring that you can see in healthcare, communication has been great, and although it’s only been a year, I still gotta say, I’m proud that I’m able to change lives through this company
Great overall, answered questions quickly
Working for Addus in the position I had, was far beyond expectations. Misty, lily & Maritza were truly amazing. I loved having such a welcoming work environment. Unfortunately I abruptly had to move due to family relocation/end of life for members of my family, but had I not had to leave, I’d have stayed for as long as I possibly could. The clients are great, and Addus does their darndest to stay in communication. The office girls were always very nice and stayed on task ALWAYS. Wouldn't recommend this agency. I've worked for addus for a few months and I can tell you that the office staff loves to neglect it's customers which for the most part are elderly. They never pick phone etc
