Gary installed a door which was ok. He was supposed to install storm doors on two doors. I expressedly told him that the front door had to close tightly due to wind damage to a previous storm door. The door was installed improperly and wind ripped it off the door frame. He refused to repair/ replace the door and has not answered my calls or text messages!! Additions Unlimited is an absolutely amazing company to work with. We had a leak in the storage area of our attic. I had several people come out and tell me that we would need a new roof. I called Additions Unlimited for a quote. They took the time to investigate and find what was actually causing the leak. It turned out to be an issue with my siding. They gave me a very reasonable price and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I can only imagine how upset I would be if I had bought a new roof and still had the same is... read more
