This place is horrible!!! When you move out they don t give you your deposit back. They make you replace the carpet, blinds and get the whole apt painted!! They take your 400 deposit and still charge you 3 or 400 to replace everything!!!! Than the cooperate office is unprofessional and unconcerned about the issues of the tenants so don t bother calling them! DON T MOVE OUT HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
Please do not move out here, because the mangers try to be in all your business. they have inspections like you are on section 8..Just to see who is in your house. You cant have your family members come to your house. They cant stay over nite. The maintence man dont come fix things on time. He be riding around like he the police. I wouldnt advise any 1 to stay in Addision way period.
