I’ve been living here for a few years now the management that was here When I first moved in 2021 was good.
I never have a problem at addison townhomes. Management and maintenance has always came through.
Dear Addison Town Homes Management, I recently had the opportunity to tour your community with the intention of potentially moving in. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by interactions with the property manager, Ms. Lee Miller, that I found to be uncomfortable and concerning. During my tour, there were several remarks and behaviors from Ms. Miller that seemed to be influenced by racial biases. I would have to say for the price and space it's homey! Great school district close to all the stores and has No bugs! The only thing I didn't like they don't give you new carpet they keep the same carpet I believe based of the condition. I didn't get new carpet I had to clean it myself due to the smell. But other than that I enjoy it here!
