Addison storage in Boca Raton is the best. Manager Melinda came to my rescue at 9PM on my move in date! When I signed the contract, I had been told they closed their doors at 9PM...but I forgot. So there I was..... with my moving crew..... boxes strewn all over the place and suddenly we couldn't get back into the building! The door code no longer worked! The lights went off! As a long time customer (a decade or so) I have to say it’s the best storage experience I’ve had - ever. They are clean and by that I mean, really clean, environmentally friendly and most importantly the owners and staff are amazing - some of the most personable, kind and caring individuals I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Staff is incredible! Nice, Kind, Respectful And helpful! The building itself is maintenanced very well, Clean, Restrooms are stocked, Overall a very great storage facility!
