I wish I had never Rented from this complex or this company. Manager does nothing to help with even the illegal issues such as rodent infestation. They are currently under construction adding new buildings which they're trying to cram into the open lawn area where kids and pets would typically be playing. The entire complex is littered with nails from previous remodel. The units are tiny and the model home is a complete misrepresentation of what the units will actually look like. They have water pipes that burst and leak out... read more
Lived here almost a year and had non-stop issues with construction and management. Submitted over 20 maintenance requests, the response to more than half of which was "sent to construction" with no visible action taken for more than 30 days thereafter.
Hi, I have lived in Addison Ranch in Petaluma, CA for 3-4 month. and It was HORRIBLE experience. Since you are living there you may not see so many issues, the manager would respond and everything looks normal. BUT : The problem would begin when you want to leave the apartment. they would charge you for every stupid things. When you sign contract with these people you never know about 80% of the charges that would show up at the end. You figure this out when you want to leave. I am only giving Addison Ranch ONE star because the apartment itself is nice. Everything else is pure CRAP! From the management to the supposed "amenities", as a tenant I was lied to from day one. The laundry room is always full because half the washers and dryers are broken, the coin machine doesn't work, security is a joke, the pool is too cold and they let other tenants swim in their clothes, the "smoke free environment" is bull.
