RecommendedAddison Pointe has cared for my mother on THREE different occasions and I love the facility. I truly like how the staff keeps the entire facility so clean and have always been kind to my mother and I. When I initially chose Addison Pointe it was a no brainer which facility she would've been going to the second and third time. Keep up the great job and Thank You So Much!!!!

Our family was very happy with Addison Pointe. Our dad was there for several weeks, he did not have any complaints. We found the staff was very patient, kind and caring. Anytime we had questions or concerns they were answered in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. It felt as if Addison Pointe took good care of my dad like he was one of their family members.
This place is heaven sent! After over 10 years of two other nursing homes (which included uncleanliness, and constant worrying over my brother's lack of care and attention), this facility is a godsend. I would compare it to an elegant hotel except with the added attention to detail with his care. The director truly cares about and interacts personally with the residents, the nursing care is stellar, and the rooms are immaculate. I love the staff at Addison. My mom is well taken care off there, and the facility is very clean compared to others I have seen. There are times that staff can not attend to a patient as quickly as we would like, but they have many residents to care for in each unit. I know they try to the best of their ability to treat each patient as quickly as possible. I also know how good they are from having had to stay there myself.
