Most is okay here. My only major issue is parking is really limited. We really need parking passes that go to leaseholders. Most apartments have visitor parking spots. Here If you dont park by 4/5PM you're out of luck. I dont know if people are having unauthorized family/friends move in their apartments but its really bad. They need to do something about it. Rent is too high to have nowhere to park.
This is one to the best experiences I’ve had with renting an apartment. The speed that Lorrie and her team were able to get me through the leasing process and getting keys to my apartment was stellar. Even with moving my furniture in I got help from maintenance, which was an absolute life saver. Being here only a month, I’ve gotten help in any capacity I needed. I would recommend Addison Point to any friends or family looking to move to the area.
The maintenance men are the best, Gus and Dylan are amazing. They can get anything done exactly when you need it.
