Awesome manager and maintenance team
I stayed at Addison Place Apartments and took really good care of the Apartment. I cleaned it well before I left and made sure it was in very good shape before I left. I was told I am getting back my deposit. They claim they sent a check to me for my deposit but it never came. They have never reached out since and I have filed a complaint against the complex for not getting my deposit back to me in a timely manner. I even stayed a little longer despite knowing I needed to leave. They require a 30 day notice before vacating. ... read more

Holly was very rude. After applying and paying an application fee for an apartment that claims to be $775 on the site we were told that it's fully furnished and it's wrong on the site. She continuously says "we have nothing for you" in a condescending tone. She states we should have called and that's how we lost our money. Somehow it's the applicants issue if the site is wrong.
