Worlds worst apartment complex, it’s the end of the July and neither of the pools are open when they said they would be open in the beginning of July which is also bs because it’s summer kids want to go swim ,they make u pay for amenities just to not be able to use them. The gate is always broken, very unwelcoming staff, oh and let’s not talk about the internet!!!! Never works!!!! Everything is so outdated. This message is for the owners at The Cedars at Johns Creek apartments. We feel that Willow Bridge Property Management is fully not addressing our concerns, so we are escalating. Willow Bridge Property Management emailed the Current Resident Acknowledgement & Community Guidelines on December 30, 2025. It was very well written document.
