Worlds worst apartment complex, it’s the end of the July and neither of the pools are open when they said they would be open in the beginning of July which is also bs because it’s summer kids want to go swim ,they make u pay for amenities just to not be able to use them. The gate is always broken, very unwelcoming staff, oh and let’s not talk about the internet!!!! Never works!!!! Everything is so outdated. This message is for the owners at The Cedars at Johns Creek apartments. We feel that Willow Bridge Property Management is fully not addressing our concerns, so we are escalating. Willow Bridge Property Management emailed the Current Resident Acknowledgement & Community Guidelines on December 30, 2025. It was very well written document. I lived at this location for SIX YEARS, back when it was called The Estates at John’s Creek,” overall despite the constant property management changes living here was by far THE BEST living experience I’ve had from any property. Very spacious, for the most part quiet and chill neighbors. Maintenance usually comes in a timely manner and management is pretty competent and reliable. Very well managed and they do their best to keep it clean.
