We have lived here for 19 years. We have a new manager, Sam, who is an absolute blessing. She is so approachable, kind, professional and takes care of business. When I email her, she gets back to me immediately. In the past, I was used to having my emails ignored. Nick, head of maintenance, is the best we've had in years. Robert is excellent as well. A recommendation for Management and Property Owners. You have one Exterminator that comes onsite every Monday. I have lived here for over 1 1/2 years. I have requested twice for an Exterminator for Wasp and Cockroaches that have been exterior issues outside my apartment. The request was properly communicated and addressed. Twice the Exterminator did not show up and we had to wait an additional week for treatment. Since we are charged for these services monthly that falls under utilities separate from rent. After 2 years here, I can only say that unfortunately service has declined. What used to be good is now terrible. Staff members do not care about your apartment problems. I am dealing with cockroaches and snakes and have requested pest control service yesterday as an emergency. Not only the person did not show up at my house, but I also got a call from the Leasing Office (after a very mad email I sent) saying I have to wait until next week - rude tone and not willing to help AT ALL. Just live with the cockroaches, basically!
