I was sold on the 4.9 rating when I searched for professionals to take care of pests that I didn’t even check other vendors and highly recommended Addisson. Now, I suspect most of these reviews here to be engineered because how do you have 4.9 stars and deliver such poor service? Patrick was done in less than an hour for a service we were told takes 1-2 hours for a house and we just believed they knew their craft. 30 days and counting and it was as though nothing was done in the first place. We had a mild infestation in our unit and the company had Hasan over to check it out. He gave us clear instructions on what to do and how to prep our place for treatment. Even with their busy schedule, we had it done in less than a week. Hopefully we are clear from anymore bugs coming back, but they do have a 30 day warranty for peace of mind.
Jay was fantastic to deal with over the phone. We didn’t end up using the company as it was dealt with by our condo corporation, but I definitely would have. The good reviews are for a reason!
