Patrick provided an expert inspection and detailed consultation. We requested him to do the treatment. He is highly knowledgeable and is very personable and reassuring. We were able to ask many questions about the treatment and the pest control issue. There is a mental/emotional component to navigating these common urban living issues and with small children and a baby we certainly felt this. Edit: It’s been 4 months since my treatment and I can safely say that I’m 100% bed bug free! Thank you Addison, thank you Hasan! I had my place treated for bed bugs yesterday, and woke up today to zero bites! I feel like I can finally breathe again. Hasan did an excellent job and was patient with a clearly panicked client. He also reassured me that everything would be okay, which I appreciated very much as dealing with bed bugs really did a number on my mental health.
