worst apartment complex ever not kid friendly. Staff is rude. Parking sucks. Got to many sketchy people that stay here. Been here 2 months and I have had my apartment flood and this last time it flooded the maintenance people knew about it but yet didnt make sure the tenants where okay it happened on a saturday and I was up at 2 am Saturday morning to sunday night cleaning my carpet up. They are rude in the office. They make excuses why this or that cant be done
Vivir no me gusta tuve muy mala experiencia no se ocupan los de mantenimientos en arreglar nada , la americana ke habla español es una persona muy mal educada , no sabe tratar al público sin embargo la cubana es una persona muy atenta en fin no recomiendo a nadie venir para este condominio
VIVIR ,eso es lo más caro de Louisville Kentucky y lo más malo en apartamentos no lo recomiendo pésimas condiciones y no arreglan nada esto es fachada nada más los años más malos de vida ni en Florida los he vivido en este condominio y todavía sigo tragando buches amargos mi consejo sino quiere votar tu billete en renta y no molestarte no te quedes aquí
No lo recomiendo he conocido mejores q este y menor precio, no arreglan nada y cuando visitan supuestamente a arreglar ya pasó el tiempo pq nada es de importancia

no recomiendo esos apartamentos llevó 2 años y medio empecé pagando un precio y aumentan por año ademas no areglan nada e vívido con plagas de cucarachas, arañas y a demas inundaciones pudriciones desde abril estoy con un baño porque el otro se defondaron las paredes y nada que lo areclan dije que me voy y me amenasaron de llevarme a la corte por no kerer seguir viviendo ahi con las condiciones infrahumanas q ahi nadie puede vivir y cobran seguridad que tampoco tienen y mucha otra cosas les pongo videos para que vean
I feel like the insulation between my apartment and the hallway to the other apartments are terrible.. u can hear my music even when its in the medium low range and the faggot staff always complains bout it yet the people who are actually living in the apartments next to me and under me dont complain.. seems like the staff will complain at any chance.. dont move here there are much better places
