Verified Renter It is a great neighborhood to live in with nice amenities. Mostly quiet. They have redone a new green space for hanging out, grilling and neighborhood functions.Very close to grocery stores and places to dine.

Bad Experience It looks like the inside of the apartment has never been taken care of. Looks like they just threw paint at the walls and let it just run. Paint drips everywhere. The ceiling looks like they have had multiple floods from the above units and never bothered to fix them. Unit always smelled musty and their only resolution for us was to put a humidifier in there and obviously that didn't resolve the issue, but they said that is all they could do. Pay a little extra and stay in Peachtree City.

I have not spoken with any residents about multiple floods coming from upstairs. PLEASE bring this concern to the office. If ceiling repairs/drywall repairs are needed we can schedule that for you.
