If you wish to be ignored when there are problems, this is the place for you! The main elevator (1 of 2 in a huge complex) has been down for three weeks with zero attempt to communicate the issue to residents. The leasing office lied to me and said it was miscommunication between them and the elevator company who didn't know it was broken. FALSE. Day 2 there was a workman trying to repair.
