Was told on 6/15/21 during a call to their offices that this location was permanently closed. Checking their main website now, only the Addison location is listed which confirms this. The Carrollton location can be marked as permanently closed on Google maps...
I hope this place opens soon , I’m very satisfied with doctor Tran , he is knowledgeable, kind and truly cares about patients . Thank you for everything !
What is the world coming to when you cannot find a decent doctor's office? I called ahead to ask for pricing. After the visit, I get a surprise bill - its TRIPLE the amount they quoted. Then they tell if I paid when I came to visit, I get a discount. If I pay later, its triple the cost??? Does that make sense? would be nice if someone mentioned that when I came to visit. When they interview people do they make sure the person has any common sense? This office should just shut down. So frustrating. I hate surprise bills.
Go literally anywhere else! Absolutely the worst clinic I have been too in 20 years of seeing doctors monthly.
Great location, free parking, friendly staff and really like my internist, dr. Tran! He is wonderful!
