I was proud as punch to hear a compliment from my neighbour about how sweet and caring my carer Dhalyn was around me after having seen us going to church and seeing her around me multiple times with a smile. Doctors told me that I should not have been around by now. And I have proven them wrong by existing for yet another few years after they told me that I would be gone. I write to praise Addison Home Care’s palliative care management of my wife when she was suffering from inoperable and untreatable cancer in 2024. Addison Home Care is a cost-effective professional service that looks after patients during the last couple of months of their life. We had the absolute pleasure of using this service over a seven year period. I can honestly say we never had anything but faultless, caring support. Camilla continually took my breath away with the level of attention and warmth. Nothing was ever too much, day and night.Speedy, competent thorough responses every time. The organisation aims to have the best level of carers and always genuinely want feedback on any concerns. I could not recommend Addison Home Care highly enough. As close to perfect as is possible.
