Our son reached the end of his lease and gave notice to move out. A "pre move out" walk through was done with the tennants present. There appeared to be no problems. The apartment was clean. A Forwarding address and phone number was provided. Two days later the managers conducted another walk through WITHOUT CONTACTING the tennants.
