I have a small family owned business and have been doing business with Addison Glass for over 20years. They are a friendly family owned business. Father, son and granddaughter work there. Always friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Also I think its worth mentioning that while I've had to get Glass from other Glass companies at times, if the other company isn't able to fulfill my order they will turn to Addison Glass for help.
I had a tough job that I needed done for an antique clock. The glass was too large and it needed to be shortened. I just searched the internet and found that these guys were local and I'm so glad they came up. It was such a great experience all the way around. They warned me up front that it could crack, but said they would try to fix it and told me it could take a few days. The next day(!) I got a call that my clock glass was ready.
