If I could give one star, I would. I am writing under a pseudonym because this involves anonymous group(s). The staff, nurses, everyone, should be ashamed of themselves in regard to my sibling and myself. And the EMTs and fireman who came to my call (911) AFTER I had called 1-800-nurse and SHE told me to hang up immediately and call 911, based on symptoms I was relaying because I thought my sibling was having a stroke. I would rather drive 2/3 hrs over to Baystate Hospital in Springfield which holds more experienced doctors imo. The nurses in the ER were amazing shout-out to Kayla and Bill. The receptionists were also amazing. Wouldn't recommend the young doctor that looks like Bobby from King of the Hill got his panties in a bunch when I advocated for myself and asked questions to be better informed about my care. He stormed out the room curtain flying behind him, an example of no self control and terrible beside manner. Gave me anxiety. ... read more

I was in the ER yesterday with a fever, earache, body aches and diarrhea! The doctor didn't even look at me. She dismissed me 20 minutes later saying it was just a virus! Today I went to the clinic and my doctor said I have an ear infection. Some ER doctors don't want to work. They just want to get paid to do nothing! this happened yesterday! February 16th Sunday at 10:30 in the morning
