I would rather drive 2/3 hrs over to Baystate Hospital in Springfield which holds more experienced doctors imo. The nurses in the ER were amazing shout-out to Kayla and Bill. The receptionists were also amazing. Wouldn't recommend the young doctor that looks like Bobby from King of the Hill got his panties in a bunch when I advocated for myself and asked questions to be better informed about my care. He stormed out the room curtain flying behind him, an example of no self control and terrible beside manner. Gave me anxiety. ... read more
I was in the ER yesterday with a fever, earache, body aches and diarrhea! The doctor didn't even look at me. She dismissed me 20 minutes later saying it was just a virus! Today I went to the clinic and my doctor said I have an ear infection. Some ER doctors don't want to work. They just want to get paid to do nothing! this happened yesterday! Love these folks- professional calm and kind
Went in this morning with horrible pain from my Lumbar Radiculopathy. I was literally writing on the floor in pain not having slept for 2 nights in a row and finally decided to go to the ER. They got me in and out in an hour, were very respectful and took me seriously and got me the medication I needed. I already feel much better, it doesn’t hurt just to exist anymore. I’ve had friends and family who also had great experiences at this hospital, so I’d recommend 100 percent!
Received nothing short of world class care in both the emergency department and icu. In 2 days I went to 2 ER facilities, an ENT, my PCP, and an urgent care. AGH was the only one of all of them to take me seriously and get to the bottom of my issue.
