The quality of the flowers is amazing, I come here often for their custom bouquets. The owners are awesome and always willing to help with a smile.
I ordered the Gentle Thoughts Spray flower for a funeral for this week. However, as I checked my credit card charges, they double charged me twice for the single order. Not because of I checked my records, this could gone through without notice. So I called the store and inquired on the double charges. It took them couple of days to issue me the refund. Good flower arrangement but they don't look the same as the pictures. There are less flowers than the pictures shown. The flowers look fresh. The delivery is as expected. The worst part is that they double charged all of our credit cards for online orders. They did refund us the extra charge once they realized the double charge. Please check your credit card statements for duplicate charges.
Beautiful flowers and they went out of their way to deliver even though I had a typo on the street number and was fading out of cell service when they called to talk to me. Always order from them for the western suburbs.
