Larry at Addison Floral was extremely helpful and accommodating. Following a previous online order miscue, he was very responsive and quick to help resolve the issue. Very prompt and professional. They even went above and beyond on the arrangement, given short notice. Addison Floral is dedicated to their craft and put an emphasis on customer satisfaction!
I placed an online order on 1/25/26 with a scheduled delivery of 2/3/26 - a loved one’s Birthday. I made sure to fill out all the details precisely and even wrote a custom card. After processing the order I received an email receipt, which included all the details. I noticed that the card type defaulted to Sympathy with a generic note saying: My thoughts are with you and your family.
