They are all amazing - the reception staff, hygienists and the dentists are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We feel very comfortable at AFD and entrust them with all of our dental needs, from cleanings to the more complex procedures - they are the best! Dr. Franklin, Dr. Ferchaw and the whole crew will take good care of you and your family.
Alison, at Addison Family Dentistry is AMAZING!! She cares for my teeth when doing a cleaning like they were her own!! She cares about how you are doing THROUGHOUT the process and explains everything she is doing. I generally don't like getting my teeth cleaned ( but do 3x/year) because Alison makes it easy! Addison Family Dentistry is lucky to have her!!
I have never been to a dentist like this very caring, gentle, all the above I will never go anywhere else.i highly recommend them
Personnel were friendly, informative, and process was pain free.
