This is the first dentist that I almost look forward to visiting every time I go, which is truly high praise as i don't enjoy the "clean teeth" feeling. Everyone is wonderfully nice, the office is clean and efficient, and they are up to date with the latest tech. The dental hygienists are so kind and gentle when they clean your teeth and they are also gentle in their feedback on one's cleaning routine. Dr Chau is a really good dentist very thoughtful and careful with his procedures. I just had an implant performed today which I was hesitant about but he did a good job and answered a lot of questions I had. I’m usually very selective when it comes to picking a specialist but I felt comfortable with Dr Chau from the initial experience. I have more confidence now that everything will be ok!
Ashley and Dr. Chau are amazing! They took really great care of my teeth and detailed explanation of the scope of work needed and performed. I couldn’t be more happy with the job they did. Thanks Addison dental team.
Honestly had one of the best experiences with this dental team. I got a crown back in 2024, and then for whatever reason I had some slight irritation on the crown a year later. They covered the procedure under warrant and did a very diligent job fixing things. Dr. Kou was very personable and I am very thankful.
Hello to all! I would like to commend the Addison Dental Group for a fine job performed by all yesterday 10/20/25. They all made the task of going to the dentist a breeze. The check in process was quick, and the hygienist opened the door as soon as I was finished. I want to commend Cecelia or CC for doing the best and most thorough cleaning I have ever had.
