Dr. Chau is the best dentist and staff is great too! I’ll just share my last appointment experience. I went in for an extra appointment to get checked out for pain in a tooth. I was seen promptly and the consult took under a hour, including x-rays. Dr. Chau took the time to explain what was going on, what my options were for fixing, and answered all my questions for how to try to prevent more damage going forward. I had an excellent experience at Addison Dental Group. I have visited the clinic twice, and both times I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team. The doctor was very kind, helpful, and caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. This is the first dentist that I almost look forward to visiting every time I go, which is truly high praise as i don't enjoy the "clean teeth" feeling. Everyone is wonderfully nice, the office is clean and efficient, and they are up to date with the latest tech. The dental hygienists are so kind and gentle when they clean your teeth and they are also gentle in their feedback on one's cleaning routine. Addison Dental was amazing! I originally came in for something else, but they were able to fit me in and complete all of my dental work in one day.
