This is the first dentist that I almost look forward to visiting every time I go, which is truly high praise as i don't enjoy the "clean teeth" feeling. Everyone is wonderfully nice, the office is clean and efficient, and they are up to date with the latest tech. Dr Chau is a really good dentist very thoughtful and careful with his procedures. I just had an implant performed today which I was hesitant about but he did a good job and answered a lot of questions I had. I’m usually very selective when it comes to picking a specialist but I felt comfortable with Dr Chau from the initial experience. I have more confidence now that everything will be ok!
Honestly had one of the best experiences with this dental team. I got a crown back in 2024, and then for whatever reason I had some slight irritation on the crown a year later. They covered the procedure under warrant and did a very diligent job fixing things. Dr. Kou was very personable and I am very thankful.
The entire experience was great. Everything was timely, smooth, and enjoyable. Hygienist Monica was super kind and did a great job on all of my procedures, Dr. Tuan Chau was fantastic and very knowledgeable and delivered information in a very digestible way. The office staff were very nice and did a great job explaining everything. Overall a great experience. Will be coming here for the foreseeable future.
