My first visit to the office was very pleasant. The doctor was very friendly and listened to all my concerts. He made the best decision even though he gave me options but explain the reason behind them. The whole entire office, very friendly from the minute, you walk in to your checkout will recommend this place highly.

It was my first time coming to this practice. But the staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, they were very helping with my hiccup thinking I had set up the appointment but I didn’t. They were able to see me that day!! The doctor was very nice and friendly, I had a great experience here, and there were no issues or pressure to do things I didn’t want. I visited Ideal Dental Addison a few months ago, and I’m still so impressed with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the office manager and staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The entire team made me feel welcomed and at ease, which is not something I usually say about going to the dentist! I was a first time patient and I came to the right place! Facility was super clean. All the dental assistants in facility were super nice and professional from the moment I arrived. Dr. Chau was exceptional and explained everything perfectly and exercised a great tooth extraction. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient with this group for 2yrs. I am completely satisfied with the quality of service I receive here. Dr. Chau is excellent at what he does. I've done cleaning, bridge resetting, implant, & all these procedures were very smoothly done with a touch of experience & professionalism. The staffs are all courteous & friendly professionals.
