I was very pleased with the Addison Dental Group. Kelli took my x-rays and did my cleaning. Dr. Chau was very knowledgeable and considerate. Samantha gave me the financial info I need for my treatment plan. Everyone there was so professional and nice. The office is clean and beautiful and their equipment is modern. I have been coming here for little over 5 years. All the staff here are so kind and friendly. Today I took my 3 year old daughter for her first time to the dentist. Everyone was so kind and welcoming towards her. Made her feel safe and comfortable. She did AMAZING thanks to the great staff here.
I had the best experience at Addison Dental group on my first visit. Dr Chau was so professional and personable. He seems to be a doctor that likes to get to know his patients. His calm demeanor takes away any anxiousness. The whole staff was efficient and sweet.
Clean and well maintained modern space. The staff is friendly and you can tell are truly concerned with your well being. The hygienist was so kind and professional, and left my teeth looking great. Dr Chau gave me a great and thorough understanding of all the problem areas I had concerns with, with a solid plan for the future. 100% a great Dr and a great team. I feel my dental health is in good hands.
The whole team was a delight to work with and personable. The dentist is not may favorite place to go and the team answered all my questions and concerns. The technology they have invested in is top notch and being a visual person to learn they were able to use 3D color scans along with normal trays. I was able to get a replacement crown same day since they make them in house. The first one fit perfectly.
