I was not informed of any balance and the money I owed were for tests done in the middle of the year and I wasn’t notified of any balances until December 2 days after the day it’s owed. Did not receive any mail or notification until 2 days after the bill was due. Absolutely horrible service on the companies part.
Lost my blood work and still charged me
The 773 number listed is INCORRECT. And this business is good at billing you, but never is capable of contacting except through a collections agency. I've been trying to deal with them for over a year regarding a bill from over 2 years ago. Basically, these people are IDIOTS.
