Great place! I can't even explain the level of customer service this place provides. Kamal wen t above and beyond on a new infinity I bought from them when they didn't have to. I will forever buy my vehicles from there.
I bought 2012 Escalade (150K miles) from Addison AutoPlex recently and drove it to Houston. 500 miles late my transmission died completely - $3000 additional repair. Both sales rep and manager had little to no interest of helping. They offered one solution with towing a car to Dallas and repairing at my expense. I have tried to reach out several times but no reply! Just for buyer to be aware – you are buying a car as is and they will no provide any reasonable support.
