Update: it’s been 7 days since notification and nothing has been done yet. We were told that it will now be Tuesday before they can get to it. Also, even after being told we would get reimbursed for our hotel (Virginia law), they are now saying they won’t reimburse us. Please, please, please, avoid this place. Learn from this experience. You get what you pay for, and there is a reason this place is cheaper. Spend a couple hundred extra and rent somewhere else. It’s worth your health. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This place has been an absolute nightmare from the date of move in. There have been countless issues with bug/roach infestations, sinks flooding, and now mold. All of the air vents are covered with mold inside and out and it is very clear that the mold had previously been painted over in attempt to cover up the issue rather than actually address it. Apartment ducts are full of mold. It landed my daughter and son in Urgent Care due to the mold exposure. I am currently shelling out money for a hotel because the apartment is inhabitable. Management has yet to send anyone to the apartment, and it has been three days since notification. I have sent no less than five emails to management, and they haven’t returned a single one. We have also had issues with insects. The place is just filthy. We have reached out to an attorney. Avoid this place.
