Not very pleased. We moved in a month ago, thought everything was going great. We loved our apartment & didn’t have any issue with moving in. Last week I noticed my car had been tampered with & then the other day I woke up to my car & 5 other cars with busted windows. Apartment would constantly flood and my furniture was damaged. After the second incident my carpet was not replaced causing mold to form. Was told I could not move into another unit.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This place has been an absolute nightmare from the date of move in. There have been countless issues with bug/roach infestations, sinks backing up and overflowing, sinks flooding, bathroom tub filling with nasty water as the toilet overflows and floods the entire bathroom, and now mold. All of the air vents are covered with mold inside and out and it is very clear that the mold had previously been painted over in attempt to cover up the issue rather than actually address it.
