I scheduled a tour with the intentions of seeing one of the units that are listed on the property website as available or available soon. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This place has been an absolute nightmare from the date of move in. There have been countless issues with bug/roach infestations, sinks backing up and overflowing, sinks flooding, bathroom tub filling with nasty water as the toilet overflows and floods the entire bathroom, and now mold. All of the air vents are covered with mold inside and out and it is very clear that the mold had previously been painted over in attempt to cover up the issue rather than actually address it. Samantha, the property manager, and her front office staff are very professional and courteous in their dealings with the residents. Jason and Chris, the maintenance professionals are very knowledgeable and efficient! They always respond to work orders in a timely manner.
