THREE DAYS IN!!! We looked and thought we had found our first home together. It turned into a nightmare. They reassured us that we would be able to view the apartment we rented without looking at. I called multiple times, with no luck. We were then told, key pick up might be push due to the apartment having a possibility of not being ready. I recently visited Wyndham at Hampton Apartments, the grounds were well maintained upon arrival, the staff in the office was extremely pleasant and helpful during my visit and while I was applying, during my tour the apartments were in great shape considering the age of the buildings and I understand there will be a few cosmetic issues due to the age overall it seemed very up to date for the most part, the amenities were excellent and the overall area seemed safe and comfortable. Looking forward to calling this my new home.
Be warned, if you’re A/C is not cooling your unit, your emergency work order calls to get it fixed will be IGNORED by the staff if it is not above 80*F outside the unit, yes OUTSIDE, even if its right on the edge of 80. It was 78-79*F inside my unit and practically begged for someone to come fix the A/C. You know what they told me? Open a window, its not that hot outside……. Terrible service to the tenant.
Wear and tear as they are Older Apts. The staff is friendly. Must pay rent on an app $44/mo or $15/mo. Approx $75/mo for water.
