To Whom It May Concern, I am writing regarding the$300 deposit I paid in connection with an apartment shown to me. After paying the deposit, I was shown a unit that had broken staircases, filthy hallways. FILTHY stove range , FILTHY WASHER AND DRYER WITH ROACH INSIDE THE DRYER.BROKEN PATIO DOOR AND CRACKED FOUNDATION.
