I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wyndham at Hampton, and I feel obligated to warn others before they consider moving in. When I moved into my apartment on March 1st, I immediately discovered a severe pest problem — both live and dead roaches were everywhere. My daughter rented an apartment here and I signed as the Guarantor. After she moved out, she made payments to pay off her balance. We have documented proof in bank statements and even receipts from Wyndham’s online portal. But, Wyndham sent her account to collections anyway and never updated the collection agency with record of the payments made. I love Samantha and Mrs Laura in the office...I been here almost two years and they have helped me with all my needs...They have never been rude and always have listened to my concerns and always communicated with me in a timely manner..... Emails are the best way to communicate with the team and as long as you communicate with the team they have no problem helping you...The only concern I have is moving into a bigger unit when my lease is up. .

I just moved in last month. They really help to make my move smooth and easy. Super nice place with very nice people. The office management is extremely helpful and patient. My apartment interior (Drake model) is very pleasingly, stylish and the condition is great!. The complex has a lot of greenery and yet I am in walking distance from the center of town. This is a great find in Wyndham.

I applied to this complex last week within 5 minutes or so they called me to tell me that I was denied but had 1000 excuses why I was but every las one of them were incorrect because i dont have collection account mines account are paid as agreed i had told the stupid person i was a victim of fraud and was trying to get that account taken off my credit report but every time I would tell her that her information was incorrect she would come back with another excuse so what i told her she didn’t run my credit report because i ... read more
