A nightmare of an experience. Predatory from all angles with no respect for tenants. You are truly a number here. This is coming from someone who has lived here for multiple years. I've lived in my unit for 6 months. since then I've had mice from move in, a large mailbox unit falling off the wall and not being picked up for more than two hours, and have had to submit five service requests for air conditioning. Although the maintenance team is full of wonderful people, it is better to take your business elsewhere. attached pictures of the mailbox unit in the front hall with visible mice feces, to prove it isn't just my unit with the problem.
I have lived here for over a year and a half and this is by far the BIGGEST $40,000+ mistake I have ever made. I have been profiled based on my sexual orientation told by staff I was "attracting the wrong kind of crowd." And the last 9 months since I've renewed my lease and fraudulent charges (which corporate management has now admitted to and offered me a credit for) being added to my lease without my permission. 1) They trick you by showing some neat template apartments , while the actual ones you rent are crap. So if you at all want to rent here ask them to show the actual apartments you live in and then make a decision 2) In our final days here and we just want to get out of this place. The roof of the balcony fell off and the concrete+wood nearly hit my head. There was literally a huge hole on the balcony (we even have pictures and videos of how crazy that was). Stay away from this place if you are over 21-it is like a dorm without an RA. Terrible for families or professionals. People are running around the halls and courtyards at all hours of the night-literally slamming doors of having parties on weeknights in the courtyard after midnight. And there are no basics like recycling or signs for mandatory mask use, and no security. This is the most disappointing place I have ever lived-and that is literally coast fo coast.
