Great place comparable prices if I need to use a storage again will be coming back..
I've had items come up missing..hmmmm I know they better re appear before the 9th Because I have paper proof and pics of moving day and ALL my items (including missing) I would agree with the comment they never answer and always screen calls
Great Customer Service, Reasonable Price, very helpful.
I had one of their larger units for 8 months and it was a great experience. The facility was clean, never busy, safe, secure, lots of cameras, off a quiet street by Addison Airport. Very easy to work with, quick to respond.
