Great place! Michael is a great employee, he does enjoy working here and serving the tenants, we appreciate him so much, quality customer service. Great property, they do take care of it. Good amenities, some units do have a view to the city and the water. Great location, close to BOS.
I’ve been living here for almost 2 months! The vibes are just different. The common areas are always clean, very organized and personnel is very responsive and attentive. Moving here has been an awesome experience!
We had a great apartment tour with Michael! He was very friendly, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. He showed us around the property, answered all of our questions, and made the experience very easy and enjoyable. Really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend touring with him!
I love living here. It’s a nice building with great amenities . Maintenance requests were responded to promptly , and Ivan resolved them quick , professionally and did a great job. The leasing office staff members Mike and Gabriel are also a great help and very professional
So far, I’m really enjoying my experience at 144 Addison. The building is vibrant and unconventional, with spaces designed to encourage community and interaction—there’s a sewing room, 3D-printing room, gym, workspaces, phone booths, and even free coffee in the mornings. I especially love the bright murals, comfortable seating, and creative design throughout the building. Management has also been very welcoming and responsive.
