I am a local artist and recently hosted a workshop in the Maker Space at Addison. Michael and his team were beyond lovely hosts! Michael was my main contact leading up to & during the event. He was responsive via email and via phone upon my arrival. Very happy to sign my 3rd rental lease at The Addison . Location is key , building is very well kept & administered . Property managers Gabriel & Michael have always been more than helpful . Would very much recommend this property for anyone looking for modern living space , close to train station , which takes you to Boston proper within minutes . Local beach within walking distance & overall great neighborhood.

Management is incredibly responsive and efficient, property is well maintained. Everyone is so helpful and communicative. I enjoy living in a place where everything is handled professionally.
