She was nice but was rushed. She didn't take the time to talk with me. I would have understood if it were busy but it wasn't and I was a first time patient who needed to talk about the pills she was prescribing me. Not going back.
I called Thursday afternoon and had a new patient appointment Friday morning. I completely understand that I probably filled a cancellation spot, but I was amazed at how quickly I was able to schedule a consult with Dr Addis. That afternoon Dr Addis' scheduler had me scheduled for an outpatient procedure the following Thursday. I just came from my followup appointment and I am grateful to have found this practice.
