The customer service is great, and the work is even better. Bereket listens carefully and makes sure you feel heard. He takes his time and checks that you’re happy with the result. He’s kind, professional, and makes you feel comfortable. The braiders also do a great job. I really recommend this place!
Unprofessional, poor time management, poor skill. I would not recommend especially for special occasions.
TRUE STORY! I got my hair straightened at this salon and it was horrible!! I got my hair washed and then he dryer my hair. And then he started to straighten my hair. I was watching on my iPad and the guy(bereket), snatched it away and told me to stop moving. I was pretty surprised so I stayed quiet. He didn’t put any heat protection and He put on the highest heat and started straightening. I could hear my hair sizzling under the straightener.
