I drove nearly 50 minutes to visit this business, only to arrive and find that the owner was not there. I waited for approximately 40 minutes without receiving any communication about when he would return. During that time, I sent two text messages and received no response. Unexpected delays happen, but failing to communicate with a customer who has traveled a significant distance is simply unprofessional. Such a scammer. A couple of weeks I paid $65 for a flat Iron and today he charged me $75 for the exact same service.
