I am a person of color and as I was reading the reviews, I was not impressed with the negative responses so I was kind of nervous to give them a call… however, each time Addis septic came out to refill our dirt from the huge sinkholes they were never rude to us. Every time I called the office and they were so nice and kind. However, when we purchased the house, the last owner just had dirt refilled back in September I believe. This happened some time ago, but I held off leaving a review because I was unsure if I might eventually hear back. I never did. So, this company originally installed our new septic tank and supposedly filled in the last one. However, a massive sink hole developed in our yard as time passed. I called the company (I believe it was the owner who came) to check it out. They didn't take any responsibility for this, and that was bothersome. My husband called and was told they would do their best to come out the same day and they did. The two fellows were very nice and hard working. I will definitely use again when needed. Thank you!
