This happened some time ago, but I held off leaving a review because I was unsure if I might eventually hear back. I never did. So, this company originally installed our new septic tank and supposedly filled in the last one. However, a massive sink hole developed in our yard as time passed. I called the company (I believe it was the owner who came) to check it out. They didn't take any responsibility for this, and that was bothersome. Finally!! After 8 years of a faulty drain field installation by a different company I won’t name, Addie’s Septic has fixed our septic system! They were thorough, quick and did a great job of regrading the area! I am so thankful that we finally called the right people for the job.
On March 12, 2024, my husband and I used your services to have our septic tank pumped out. When the man was finished with the tank, he called my husband to go over what he had found. One of the first things he had mentioned to my husband was that as he was moving the dirt, the lid to the septic tank fell in the tank. He then went on to say that our entire septic tank was collapsed and quoted us $5,500 to have it replaced.
