I have A LOT of hair and I am also incredibly indecisive of what to do with my hair, but Jess just took it all in stride and did an amazing job of not only helping me decide what I wanted to do, but educating me along the way. She is incredibly knowledgeable and super easy to work with. She has cut my hair in a way that it just lays perfectly when I attempt to style it every morning and I'm beyond happy with the color. I would definitely recommend!
