The fact that I just got hung up on by Cassandra Peasley a casac who is in charge of managing newly sober women because she could not answer questions or give me my records without asking her boss Kelly Fahrenkopf, she is incompetent of doing her job and because I wanted my records because I needed them in a timely manner and couldn't wait until next week she hung up on me. Queenbury mens facility is the worst place ever for someone in recovery..they do nothing for the clients..they have absolutely nothing for them to do other than sit around and look at each other for days on end sparking gossip and turning on each other out of boredom. No structure they can't leave the property and now they have taken away transportation to AA meetings even. So unprofessional..they have females doing overnights in an all male facility. Queensbury location is phenomenally outrageous very prejudice very discriminative. One thing goes for one person and not the other. Being pushed with multiple referrals due to their inconsistencies and trying to cover it up. A lot of the clients don't want to leave their rooms because of the morale & negativity.
