I would like to add about the being on time comments. Dr . Boutrell and I have been virtual since Covid. She is absolutely on time to the exact on each appt. To the contrary of some of these comments. I have been with her for years. She talks professional and personal. She has taken her time even with med changes. I feel she listens and I trust her judgment when it comes to my mental health. If I don't like something she will adjust right away.
