They have severely been lacking in care for my husband. He’s been going to the clinic for a little over 2 months and each week there has been a new problem. There is no communication from the clinic, hell you can’t even call and get a hold of a receptionist 90% of the time. We’ve left several voice messages that have gone unanswered but new appointments had been made on my husband’s behalf without him being involved. Won't let you return as a client for no apparent reason or explanation. Don't expect them to wait even one minute for you. Drive 40 minute to get there just to be told sorry no medicine that we prescribed you bc you were a minute late
Went to pick up docs for a client. Said they close at 2. They are done for the day at 1 PM.
Im not sure why people were talking shit about the guards. They have NOTHING to do with your recovery. I've been going since 2017 and Ive been clean ever since. The counselors are very informative, non judgemental, resourceful, and of course they know what they're talking about. Most of them ARE ADDICTS. Meghan you're wonderful.
