My first visit with Dr. Lum. I wasn't sure what to expect . I'm highly educated and have degrees with a mobile in psychology. I was completely impressed. She made me feel comfortable and listened. She asked me great questions that I answered truthfully. It was a pleasure to have someone so knowledgeable to talk with. It felt like a relief to get myself on the right path. I will definitely come back.
I am very pleased after each visit with Dr. Amanda Lum. She is welcoming, very easy to talk to and listens to me with interest. I am getting good advice/direction. Very pleased with my experience.
Everyone from reception to Dr’s are kind, caring.respectful and understanding. I am a new patient of Dr. Zaidi’s and the wonderful staff. But I live in another State and make it my business to come here, that’s how great they are! Exceptional ppl, exceptional care’
If you wanna be waved off with mad sass to your face by a lady with long nails and a weave, after being told to come in beforehand, then this is the perfect place for you. Oh and if you love waiting weeks for responses to emails or weeks for doctor’s signature’s to be completed for important documents, you’ll love it even more. I was told by staff that it’s policy to not ever do anything same-day, so god-forbid any circumstance that can fall under that umbrella. Prepare to not depend on them.
Wonderful experience. I felt like I was listened to and my concerns were taken seriously. We came up with a good treatment plan and I was told to reach out if I had any issues or wanted to make changes - even if it was before our next appointment.
