One of the therapists I met there, Jennifer has been a great asset to me. She has provided me with better insight and solid advice. I am strengthened with tools to incorporate daily. Also, throughout this journey she has given me many resources to help with my mental health, recovery, school, and personal life. I highly recommend her services. I also really like Dr Sarah Kahn. She is very thorough, and she is a wealth of knowledge. Thank you too Dr. Zaidi for all your support!
I have been a patient at this facility for two years and have never had issues with payment or professionalism. Just last week, I paid over $160 toward my balance over the phone without hesitation. At my most recent appointment, I was told I owed a copay. I did not refuse to pay. I asked for a printed breakdown of where my previous payment had been applied because I wanted transparency regarding my account. Words can not express my gratitude and thankfulness to this Dr's office, as well as to Dr. Zaidi. From the moment I called the office for the first time ever, at 10:30 AM, until my appointment time of 2:00 PM, mind you it was the 31st day of December, I was treated with such kindness and compassion. My first experience was amazing and so comfortable! I get super nervous about doctors appointments and they made me feel at home right away. Miss lady was a perfect cherry on top, She fell asleep in my lap, and it was so comforting!
I was really struggling when I made my appointment at A&P and extremely anxious to go into my first appointment. However, every one of the staff members that I interacted with were very patient and kind and the doctor was phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable enough to talk openly and honestly and tailored a plan for me that gives me hope. She was great at explaining everything to me also. I left there feeling more positive than I have in a long time. Thank you!
