I really wish I had something positive to say about this place besides the friendly greeting at the beginning. Unfortunately, the owner completely botched my hair. I went in with long thick hair and asked for long layers with face framing, and only 2 inches off the back to remove dead ends. Instead, I left with a short, uneven, choppy haircut with heavy ends.
