The name definitely fits, when you don't go your body is not happy. Dieudonne is the best, he produces results. He always says trust your trainer and I do. My health has improved greatly since I've been with him. He will get you where you want to be.
The training staff is extremely knowledgeable, and take time to explain the proper way the exercise should be done. They really care about your health and well-being.
