Went to the hospital yesterday to visit my niece drove 2 1/2 miles from West Midlands massive hospital seemed very professional and overly busy. The reception was very helpful and guided us to our destination. Once at the Neurology We found my niece. Upon initial greetings realised she had been attended to for a long time found a used bed pan on the table the floor had a lot of mess including used pan On the floor with the contents spilt on the side of the bed. OMG the staff who pick the phones up for canceling appointments are dreadful. I cancelled as I was not feeling well and got spoken to so abruptly no empathy nothing ,thought I was doing the right thing letting them know .Disgusting
