Update 2-3-25 finally came and got the job done Update ( no one has contacted me to solve this issue ). Okay here we go again... This company was contracted more than two times by my management company and everything has been a failure they come check get pictures and then it's a wait game...they get authorization due patchup work and then have to come back to replace what should have just been replaced in the first place... I have shared same reviews for both Conrad Property Management and ADD Plumbing ... Will update... ... read more

Okay here we go again... Look out for// getting your work order time change/:manager not getting back to you. Writing to there email address with no response/ drivers going to the wrong address/ calling there office and getting hung up. Otherwise good luck.

Had them come after hours due to a bad kitchen leak. Due to issues with the building I am in they could not fix it. But they were able to get it from a leak to a slow drip that was more manageable. They said they would come the next morning, true to there word they showed up and were able to fix the problem. The guys that came were professional, clean & kind. I would definitely recommend them!
