Sean lead company wide stretching classes for the company...you could attend in person or via Zoom. It offers a great break in the day and he accommodated all flexibility levels: mine being very low. The company also offered us 30 minutes personal training sessions with Sean. He would ask what we wanted to work on before each workout and tailor the workout specifically for the areas we wanted to work and our capabilities.
I Loved working with Sean. He is very personable and compassionate about your needs and works with you exactly the way you want and would work for your body. He has a great sense of humor which makes the sessions fun and adds a personal touch to them. I plan to continue working with him in the future.I would recommend Sean anytime.
3 months ago, I was searching for new wellbeing ideas I could add into my busy working week, one that was movement based. After letting myself go for over 2 years, Sean inspired me to get back into a healthy lifestyle. After my initial session with him, I realized how much I missed being healthy and fit again. I just needed someone to hold me accountable. It took about a month to adjust to the new lifestyle. Seeing Sean consistently and working out independently in between 1-1 sessions changed my life. Sean's encouraging and positive demeanor during my training sessions really made me enjoy working out every week. He was also very good at listening to what my needs were for each workout and adapting the exercises and structure accordingly. I would definitely recommend Sean as a personal trainer and a group exercise leader.
