My son was approved by AHS for 294 hours a month for his care. He is a quadriplegic (paralyzed from neck down) with several health issues. We signed contract with ADD care ltd and reason we did was that their hourly rate was low. But haw little did we know that we will be shorted 671 hours i period of 2 years. Hours that AHS payed out to ADD care and were not used for my son's care. If you are thinking of giving this agency try be aware.
