I can't recommend this company enough! We got our daughter a necklace for her first birthday, at the party someone threw away the custom gift note. I was so sad and reached out asking if there was any way they would send a replacement note. They sent it without question that day! The customer service is 10/10 and the necklace is gorgeous! So glad I found this company to start such a cool family tradition!
I recently sent in the 68-year-old Add-A-Pearl necklace I was gifted as a baby. It all of a sudden occurred to me that perhaps I could have it lengthened so I could wear it. I loved the idea of starting pearl necklaces for my nieces when they were born. For 8 years I have purchased pearls and never once had a problem. If I had questions, customer service was quick and friendly with a response. I love that they track my necklaces so I don't have to keep up with how many pearls I have bought for each niece, and they offer both graduated and regular necklaces. Great customer service! I paid for expedited shipping to make sure I'd have the necklace back in time for a birthday, but it didn't take as long so they refunded me the extra shipping costs. I started necklaces for my daughter and Goddaughter and it's been fun adding to each of them every special occasion. I'm hoping to have both necklaces done by the time they get married.
Excellent customer service. Wonderful selection of pearls, too. It is a great company to do business with.
