Excellent Storage Facility! Very nice trailers. The units were clean and the facility was very clean. Easy to get to from Tech! Everything went so smoothly!
Rented a utility trailer 11-11-16, manager was calling my sister asking for his trailer around 3:00pm, when trailer was due back at 5:30pm. I'm not a thief, he had my credit card info, and DL info. Will never rent his junky trailers, lights don't work, and w/ $50 he charged me fix your junk.
I have had two climate conyrolled units at this location for 2 years now. I have never worried about the security of my belongings. The guys are amazing and it is kept very clean. If you need a storage problem fixed, these are the guys to call. Two thumbs up!
If you want a clean and bug free place to store your stuff then add a closet on 4th and frankford is the place I would recommend. Great rates and service too.
I have used so many self storage places in Lubbock. This place is definitely the best! Very clean and the staff knows what excellent customer service is about. Call 793-5560 or stop by 4th and Frankford (next to Cujo's).
I am a tech student and needed a place to store my things for the summer. The managers at add a closet made everything easy. They showed me a number of units so I would get the right size, and the free trailer was very helpful. I have 4 more years of school and plan on using them year after year. Thanks guys!
