They came the same morning for what turned out to be a bird in the exhaust fan duct. Cleaned up the exhaust fan and put a new guard over the outlet. Very efficient and easy to work with.
Quite disappointed. I called two weeks ago to schedule an inspection because I heard some noises in my attic. (We had used Adcock in the past without incident.) When I called, I was told on the phone that the cost of the inspection was $125 and if work is recommended afterwards, this 125 will go towards that work. When the technician came out, he charged me $225 for the inspection (he said it was different for rodents?) but I can speak to the office about it. Excellent experience. Had a persistent ground hog tearing up facia boards to get under our deck. They set two traps and on the third day caught him. I highly recommend them for nuisance wildlife
