We called Adcocks Trapping Service in a panic. We were conducting a home inspection on a house we wanted to purchase and the inspector found a snake in the attic. He was unwilling to continue the inspection because of the snake. We called Adcocks and Aaron showed up 45 minutes later and told us he couldn't be certain he'd still be able to get the snake. I called Adcocks from a friends recommendation. I had heard scratching above my bedroom midnight before. I hit the jackpot by calling Adcocks. The woman was so nice and she had me hold because she had a truck right in my area. The 2 men came within 20 minutes and started up on my roof right away. They came the same morning for what turned out to be a bird in the exhaust fan duct. Cleaned up the exhaust fan and put a new guard over the outlet. Very efficient and easy to work with.
Quite disappointed. I called two weeks ago to schedule an inspection because I heard some noises in my attic. (We had used Adcock in the past without incident.) When I called, I was told on the phone that the cost of the inspection was $125 and if work is recommended afterwards, this 125 will go towards that work. When the technician came out, he charged me $225 for the inspection (he said it was different for rodents?) but I can speak to the office about it.
