I live at Woodridge Apts in Jackson Ms. I have been without Air Conditioning since Tuesday. I have spoken with Mgmt, called Corporate office Several times and sent an email. It's like my complaint, has fallen on deaf ears. Nothing done yet. I pay rent faithfully. But that doesn't seem to matter. I am sure, if I didn't pay my rent you wouldn't hesitate one second about putting a notice on my door. Again, I wonder if/when the Air Conditioner will be fixed.
So had issue with stove. Bugs in control panel. Sent work order in on about march 6th. No one came to look at it. On march 20 wife turned oven on heard a big pop stove went dead. I sent email that evening. Friday morn never heard anything about stove. So i went to office to find out ehat they were doing. I told lady at front about turning in work order. She said she closed it out giving to exterminator. Then said be monday hopefully replace unit so i said i have to go whole wedkend with no stove. Then she says exterminator c... read more
This company has no loyalty to their employees or their tenants. They only care about money.
I’ve lived in an apartment complex for years and it was great until Adcock Management took over. They’re penny pinchers yet jacking up our rents. They have hired a lawn care company that has shady employees that do a HORRIBLE job and they damage tenants cars and we don’t get any compensation for it. Adcock Management is the reason I’m leaving my apartment after 6.5 years of living here.
