This company has no loyalty to their employees or their tenants. They only care about money.
I’ve lived in an apartment complex for years and it was great until Adcock Management took over. They’re penny pinchers yet jacking up our rents. They have hired a lawn care company that has shady employees that do a HORRIBLE job and they damage tenants cars and we don’t get any compensation for it. Adcock Management is the reason I’m leaving my apartment after 6.5 years of living here.
I will not recommend this company for any kind of business when it comes to rental apartments, I was done very bad during Kovic I was put out a housing do to issues that should not have been put out for. I will tell you the company Tillman Apartments was the apartment again. I will not recommend that company to anyone. Thank you.
Good company, some management at certain properties are sub par and could use an overhaul to improve those properties.
