THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I'VE BEEN CONSTANTLY LIED TO BY ************* I PURCHASED A REFRIGERATOR, & PAID FOR IT IN 3MONTHS, 2 MONTHS LATER THIS REFRIGERATOR STOPPED WORKING!!! I WAS ASKED TO SEND OVER SALES SLIP CONTRACT WHICH WAS COMPLETED, & EMAILED WITH CONFIRMATION FROM ****. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT REFRIGERATOR AS OF 2 MONTHS NOW, NOR HAVE I BEEN REIMBURSED FOR ANY OF THE COST!!! I'M CONSTANTLY BEING TOLD THAT IT'S BEING PROCESSED!!!! In fact, the product does come from *****. Product supply is quite compromised during this pandemic time. In any case, the replacement comes from the manufacturer, Ascoli, rather than ADCO. Ascoli has received the replacement request and will contact the customer as soon as a shipment is prepared.
Terrible service, they are services for Duro Corp among other appliance mfgs. They have given us the run around for two years now, (re a 3000 Duro Corp oven we bought) they cannot or will not properly fix it, and when Heather the owner has no more answers for you or knows she cannot assist you she blocks your emails. They have lied for the past two years about a part on backorder, they hope you will just "go away" and say whatever they have to hoping you will do just that. Following service attempts, this customer's range was determined to be non-repairable due the lack of availability of spare parts and the extensive nature of the problem. ADCO recommended replacement to the manufacturer and provided the customer with contact information for Duro Corp to follow up with the manufacturer directly.
